ENABLE was created to solve a problem many families know all too well: important planning decisions are often handled in silos, with no one helping bring them together.

INVST Enable

ENABLE Special Needs Planning was founded by Phillip Clark, inspired by his experience growing up alongside his younger sister, Sarah, who has Down syndrome.

Through that experience — and later through his work in financial planning — Phillip saw a consistent pattern: families were receiving guidance from multiple professionals, but no one was helping them bring everything together.

Financial decisions, legal planning, government benefits, and long-term care considerations were often handled separately, leaving families to carry the responsibility of coordinating it all on their own.

ENABLE was created to offer families a more coordinated, thoughtful way forward.

Today, ENABLE helps families across the country move from fragmented advice and uncertainty to a coordinated plan they can trust — one designed to support their loved one with special needs and the entire family.
