What motivates you everyday?

Mostly just an inner drive to get a little bit better every day, provide a great life for my family, and to make a positive impact.

If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?

Coding

What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?

Having to close my business after the financial crisis of 2008. I learned a ton while owning and running my own business, but nothing prepares you for the floor dropping out of the economy seemingly overnight. The lessons (although painful) learned over those several years have served me well since then.

What piece of advice would you give your younger self?

Invest early and often, take risk early, don't take yourself too seriously, choose to be happy.
